The individual components are assembled in our workshop – work that demands absolute reliability. The Périnet valves that were just now lapped by hand in their casing are now carefully seated into the casing. This is the most important part of a WILLSON instrument, and it requires utmost precision and reliability. The smallest imperfection at this stage would mean immediate stoppage of the assembly process. After the instrument has been completely assembled, various quality controls are carried out in the workshop to ensure each WILLSON instrument has a perfect finish and functions optimally.
